The sharper-eyed among you may have observed that I had a new gown on in that photo with Justice O’Connor. I did! It’s this one:
I’m quite consumed with vogue 8728 at this point. For one thing, it’s exceptionally comfortable to wear. The gathers in the bodice as well as cap sleeves enable for a great deal of variety of movement in the shoulders — I never feel as if reaching as much as get hold of something is going to result in a huge “rriiiiiiipppp”. The skirt’s simple to wear, as well (especially as I have — as is my wont — added ginormous pockets).
